Five string Gliga violins 4/4 (violin only)

Unlike some other inexpensive five stringed violins, these have a wider fingerboard so that yes indeed you can, with practice, play all five strings.  The extra string is a C, in case anyone is in any doubt.  These are fitted with Thomastik Vision strings not Dominants (in order to get the C string).

Since most people ordering a five string will be established players already, these are offered as violin only.  I do not recommend these instruments for beginners.  Also they will only ever be obtained to order so please make sure that you really do want a five string before ordering.  This does not affect your statutory right of return but these sell too slowly to allow people to try them purely out of curiosity.
